We all hear the endless commercials from various companies selling a service or a product and if you think about it, they are all saying essentially the same 4 things. “Buy from us, we are great, great product, great service” But what you we dont ever hear is what these companies are doing to give BACK to the customers that have helped them succeed. 


We here at The AC Team believe that it's time for companies to start to give BACK to the loyal customers that helped us grow as a business. Without our customers, The AC Team wouldn't exist at all. So as a way to say our sincere “Thank you,” we are introducing our permanent HVAC Replacement promotion.


Every single quarter, every customer that purchases a complete HVAC system replacement will be automatically entered into our drawing for:

A refund of your HVAC Equipment

2nd Prize

A $100 Visa Gift Card

3rd Prize

A $50 Visa Gift Card

There are no extra requirements, or any extra “hoops” to jump through. We simply want to reward our customers for being our customers. 

  1. The refund will be for the cost of the equipment only. The labor cost is not included.
  2. The drawing will carry a maximum value of up to $6000.00. We will produce the winners purchase order from the manufacturer for the equipment that was installed to prove the cost.
  3. For customers that purchase more than one system, they will receive one entry for each system purchased. Award will be based on the highest priced equipment package. 
  4. The drawing will be held on a live stream event, advertised in advance. We encourage our customers to tune in to the live drawing. 
  5. Each customer will be assigned a “Bingo” style number. We will use the traditional 75 spot Bingo Card.
  6. All of the customers' coinciding bingo ball will be added to a bingo basket hopper.
  7. We will ONLY use as many bingo balls as we have customers that have replaced their HVAC systems that quarter.
  8. During the live stream event, a single ball will be drawn and matched with the customers name.
  9. The winning customer will be called during the live event and agrees to have the call broadcasted during the live event. 
  10. An appointment will be set with the winning customer for us to come to your house to present your winnings. Customers agree for this to be recorded and used for The AC Team marketing purposes.
  11. The AC Team will refund the original payment source up to $6000. Refund will be in the same form of original payment.
